Terms & Conditions

• Kilometer and Time reading will start from garage to garage. Please check these before starting your trip.
• Night Halt Charges Applicable from 11 PM to 6 AM ( Hatchback/Sedan - Rs.250, SUV/Winger/Traveller - Rs.300) over the normal fare.
• Day Driver Allowance Rs.150/- Applicable for Outstation Trip over the normal fare.
• Payment of any extra charges applicable have to be paid to the directly in cash to the driver.
• Enroute State Entry Tax, Toll Taxes, and Parking will be paid by guest.
• The AC of the vehicle is not allowed to be kept on, at any circumstance in a standing/parking time.
• ODCAR can't be hold accountable for any loss, damage or delay suffered by the customer due to force majeure events.
• In case of any complaint, we must be informed at that time only to resolve it immediately. Complaints after taking the services will not be entertained at all.
• ODCAR has right to change the Price and other terms & conditions without client's notice. After the amendment, it will appear on our website/App.

Cancellation and Returns

1) If the customer cancels 24 hours prior the pick-up time, 15% of the total trip cost will be deducted.

2) If the customer cancels within 24 hours prior the pick-up time, no refund.

3) The refunds will be made by online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests.

4) Cancel of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.

Refunds

If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days. In case of any issues, write to us at support@odcar.in or call us at 826-005-5345 |  9583-198-888
