Welcome to ODCar! Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our cab services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our cab services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Cab Booking

  • Cab booking can be made through our mobile application, website, or customer service helpline.
  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the pick-up location, drop-off location, and other necessary details.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of cabs.

3. Cab Services

  • Our cab services operate within the designated service areas.
  • Cabs are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the availability of cabs at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without providing any explanation.

4. Fare Calculation

  • Fare calculation is based on various factors including distance, time of day, and demand.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking fees, extra stops, night halt charges, and day driver allowance.
  • Enroute State Entry Tax, Toll Taxes, and Parking charges will be paid by the guest.

5. Payment

  • Payment can be made through cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, or other accepted payment methods.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the full fare at the end of the ride.
  • Payment of any extra charges applicable must be paid directly in cash to the driver.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner towards the driver and other passengers.
  • Smoking, consuming alcohol, carrying illegal substances, or keeping the AC on during standing/parking time is strictly prohibited in the cab.
  • Any damage caused to the cab by the passenger will be subject to repair charges.

7. Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising out of the use of our cab services.
  • We shall not be liable for any delays or failures in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, accidents, or force majeure events.

8. Complaints

  • In case of any complaint, customers must inform us immediately to resolve it promptly. Complaints after availing the services will not be entertained.

9. Amendments to Terms

  • We reserve the right to change the Price and other terms & conditions without prior notice. Changes will be updated on our website/App.

Cancellation and Returns

  • Cancellation policy:
    1. If the customer cancels 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, 15% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
    2. If the customer cancels within 24 hours prior to the pick-up time, no refund will be provided.
    3. Refunds will be made via online transfer to the customer’s bank account. No cash refund requests will be entertained.
    4. Cancellation of booking during peak season or weekend may result in 100% deduction of the advance paid.
